Following are some of the common
symptoms that result
from awkward positions, contact stress, force, muscle control, and

Eyes and Head:

Headache

itchy, or sore eyes

or double vision
Workspace
components: For
issues that affect the head and eyes, you
most likely need to make sure that you are viewing your computer screen
at the
correct height and angle. You can do this by adjusting your chair and
desk. A laptop stand
can also be used
on the desktop to position your laptop computer according to ergonomic guidelines.
Hands, Arms, and Wrists:

Numbness
or a burning sensation in the hand

Reduced
grip strength in the hand
·
Pain
in wrists, forearms, or elbows

Aching
or tingling

to ensure proper
